22 Weeks

Keep Baking Babies

First, let me apologize for the delay in this update, I simply do not know where my time goes these days.

Now onto the exciting news.  We've made it 22 weeks and counting.   Today I am 22 weeks and 2 days and the babies just keep getting bigger!

Their weekly fruit update shows their singleton counterparts to be the size of a PAPAYA!  During the fifth month, singleton babies measure between10.5 to 11.8 inches long and weigh between 12.7 to 20.8 ounces

Well, this momma is proud to say her little nuggets are doing fabulously compared to those numbers!

We spent 3 hours at the doctor's yesterday and were able to view our beautiful daughters again.  All have grown and gained weight and love to wiggle around.

Baby A, our Runt Baby, is still the smallest of the three.  But she gained 5 ounces in the last two weeks and now weighs approximately 13 ounces.  Her heartbeat was 147.  Compared to a singleton baby she is in the 21% ~ considering we have three babies growing the doctors are very encouraged by this.  She's still a little small but she's fighting.  She definitely has the least amount of room in there!

Baby B, became our chunker this week, gaining 5-6 ounces!  She now weighs in at just over 1 pound!  Her heartbeat was 150 and she likes to move about.  We had a hard time keeping her away from Baby A ~ what can I say, they just love to cuddle!  Compared to a singleton baby, Baby B is in the 46%.

Baby C was no slacker this week also gaining between 5-6 ounces.  She weighs in at 1 pound.  She has a faster heartbeat at 157 and absolutely LOVES to show off!  It was incredibly difficult to get her to stay still for photos.  Compared to a singleton baby, Baby C is in the 41%.

Overall it was a very encouraging appointment.  The doctor is still in awe of the fact that I am working full time still and would love me to slow down and rest more.  I've agreed to cut back in July  : )

We hope everyone has a wonderful Father's Day weekend!

All our Love,

Adam & daneille
